Our Team

Hi, my name is Rachel McClellan. I was born in Jackson, TN and grew up in several locations across the states of TN, GA, and SC. Where I’m from, Tea is usually proceeded by the word Sweet, summertime is all about being outdoors, and someone’s heart is always being blessed. What can I say, I’m a southerner!

My parents were both college athletes. After graduating from high school in Spartanburg, SC, I accepted a volleyball scholarship to the University of Illinois. For the Fighting Illini, I was an all Big-Ten performer and earned a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications.

After college I spent several years, playing professional indoor volleyball in Puerto Rico, Spain, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, and South Korea. All of that travel made me miss home. My boyfriend, at the time, had relocated to Chicago. When I returned to the United States we settled down, got married, and had a family. We lived in Chicago for 9 years, and boy did I miss The South. I’d slip away whenever possible to soak up my Mother’s good food and company. In the last few years, I was blessed to become a proud mother to two wonderful little girls. Adelynn is 4 yrs. old and Avery Kate is 2. Immediately after Adelynn was born, and because I was among the first of my friends to have children, I began seeking out a new set of Mom friends. I happened upon Stroller Strides, went to a class, and was instantly hooked. I became an instructor and knew at that moment that I had found my tribe. By the time Avery Kate was born, in November 2014, I knew I wanted to open a franchise. 8 weeks later my Mother and best friend, Dianna, passed away unexpectedly. She was 55 years old. There isn’t a day that goes by, that I don’t wish I could call her.

Shortly thereafter, my husband took a new job that gave us the option of relocating anywhere in the Southeast. In less than 5 minutes, I knew that I wanted to go back to Chattanooga, TN. Some of my best years growing up were here in this town. I’m fortunate to have a few friends, from back then, that I’m still close with today. Additionally, this town is consistently ranked as one of the best outdoor cities in the United States, and is one of The South’s hidden gems. I can’t think of a better way to begin my new chapter than launching a Fit4Mom franchise in Chattanooga. This company created the community, which has changed the trajectory of my life. My hope is that I can facilitate something that will do for another Mom, what FIT4MOM has done for me.

Hi I'm Elizabeth! I was born in Nashville, TN. I mostly was raised in Nashville with the exception of a short 4 years in Fort Worth, TX. Although I have lived here for over 15 years, Nashville will always be home to me. I love all kinds of music! So growing up in a city that is alive with it everywhere you go makes my heart happy! After high school I moved to Chattanooga to attend the University of TN at Chattanooga for my freshman year of college. I decided I wanted a career in the dental field, so I transferred to Chattanooga State for their dental assisting program. I became a registered dental assistant in May of 2004. I met my husband shortly after moving here in 2001 and we married in 2008. We have been blessed with two beautiful kids, Nathan(7 years) and Ella(15months).

We are a very active family. Whether it is fall, winter, spring or summer you will catch us on four-wheelers, boats or at a sporting event. We are avid Tennessee Vol fans. If we aren't at football games then we are on the ballfields watching our son play. My other ball moms out there...I'm sure you feel my pain! I'm hoping soon we will be at dance class with our daughter.

After 11 years of working in the dental field, I decided to stay home with our children. I feel very fortunate to be able to do this. It's not easy and it's all new territory for me but I'm loving it! I was looking for something that Ella and I could do together but I wasn't sure what. We had taken music class. It was fun but it was only one day a week. I found myself looking for ways to fill our days. That's when I found FIT4MOM. An advertisement came across my Facebook page about the Grand Opening. It was the very next morning and we had nothing to do. So I loaded everyone up and ran there! It was exactly what we needed! I want to emphasize WE! Because it's not just a workout for me. It's teaching my daughter the importance of being healthy, active, and social. I've also watched some of the older kids learning letters and how to count. We aren't just a group of women that get together for a quick workout...we are a team, a Village as we call it. We help each other. We give advice and we encourage each other! What mom doesn't need that?

Hey Ya'll!! My name is Chelsey and I am thrilled to join the FIT4MOM family here in Chattanooga. Growing up as a military brat, I have always struggled with the question, "where are you from," so I decided one day just to choose a place. I chose good ol' San Antonio, Texas. It is where I spent my glorious high school years and met my five dearest girlfriends. After HS, I went on to study sports medicine at nearby Texas State University and then took a graduate assistant position at Clemson University (go Tigers!), where I met my husband of 7 years.

Fast forward to December 2015, my husband got a job offer that would move us to Chattanooga, TN. We accepted, relocated and welcomed our son, Austin and daughter, Devyn just 10 days later! New city, new house, no family, no friends and first time mom to twins...to say that I wasn't in desperate need of SOMETHING to look forward to was a huge understatement.

That is where FIT4MOM entered the picture and saved me. I just happened to be at the right place at the right time (funny how that happens), just as they were launching their Grand Opening. I jumped at the opportunity and IT. WAS. A. GAME. CHANGER!! Nowhere else was I able to get in a good workout (while bonding with my littles), squeeze in some girl talk (which is practically therapy), and have countless convenient playdates. Did I mention the Moms Night Outs?

It is a win-win situation and I hope you will take that leap of faith and join "Our Village" of encouragement, strength and inspiration. I look forward to seeing you in class!more

Hi I'm Whitney Sink! I am originally from Lubbock, Texas but moved to Georgia when I was 8 years old. I graduated from Ringgold High School in 2005. I attended Kennesaw State University my freshman year but moved out to Utah my Sophomore year. I attended BYU and was married to Ryan Sink. We moved back to the Chattanooga area and I finished my Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Dalton State College in 2010.

We are the parents to Emaline (7), Bennett (2), and Nala (8, our fur baby). We love to travel as a family and have been able to visit some amazing places. We enjoy being outdoors and summer is our favorite season. You can find us at the pool 90% of the time. I love trying new, healthy recipes mixed with some sweet treats although my baking skills are lacking. I love fitness and trying new activities that keep my body strong.

When I first heard about Stroller Strides I was eager to try it out. I had never heard of the program. It's been a great way to stay active while involving my children. Bennett sings the songs from class throughout the day and I'll find him doing squats and other exercises. Not only is it adorable but it makes my heart swell knowing that he's watching my good habits and will hopefully always value good health. It is so rewarding watching moms come together to bond over fitness, motherhood and all that it entails, and build a village they can rely on during this phase of life.

Hello! I'm Sara Hendley. I am PUMPED to be a part of the FIT4MOM movement! I was born in Minnesota and moved to Atlanta for high school and college. I attended the University of Georgia and studied Kinesiology. I met my husband second semester of Freshman year! We got married while I finished my Master's in Kinesiology and lived near Athens, Georgia.

In January 2016, Justin took a job in Chattanooga AND we found out we were pregnant with our son Jack! Moving away from friends and family while pregnant was tough!! After Jack was born I googled "mom fitness Chattanooga", discovered FIT4MOM and have been hooked ever since! After 10 years in the fitness industry, I have the fitness part down but I need help with the mom stuff! FIT4MOM has saved me in so many ways! I love being able to keep Jack with me while I get a great workout AND I am teaching him to exercise regularly and have LOTS of fun while doing it!! I thank God for letting me be a part of this fantastic growing group!!

I hope you join us for class!! If it's not the fitness that you're looking for, you will find something you need with "Our Village"!

Hey Y'all! I'm Cecily; originally from North Georgia, a cosmetologist by trade, a wife to an amazing man, and a mama of 2 (Aurora and Benton). I am beyond excited about joining the FIT4MOM team because of the impact it has had on my life.

After my first pregnancy, I had trouble losing the baby weight. My second one was horrible, I was the biggest I had ever been and postpartum I felt so alone.

I needed something! My body desperately needed activity. From day 1 I knew it was for us. My daughter does the exercises, we all sing the songs, and I am in the best shape of my life (down 77 lbs to be exact)!!! I truly believe FIT4MOM is for #ALLTHEMAMAS. It has made my whole family healthier and happier. Join us and see what it can do for you!

Hey y'all! My name is Tiffany. I was born and raised in Jonesboro, Georgia. As an adult, I've lived all over the state of Georgia, and I'm truly a "Georgia girl!" We now live in Ringgold, Georgia, just south of Chattanooga.

Growing up, I played soccer and cheered, and have always cared about my health and wellness. I went to college in Dahlonega, Georgia, and received my Registered Nurse degree there. I am passionate about others, and my profession was my identity. Until I had children. In college I met my husband, Joe, and we got married in 2011.

In 2013, we took new jobs and moved to Ringgold, Georgia, and found out we were pregnant with our daughter Quinn, all at the same time. Talk about a LOT! After her birth, I still found time to make my health a priority as a mom. Fast forward to 2015, and we were blessed with our second daughter, Amelia. Then my world was turned upside down. I had no control, no time, and no plan! Enter FIT4MOM. I attended my first classes, and it took about 15 minutes for me to realize this was my gig! I felt good. I loved the people. And I've never looked back. These people are my people. These Mamas are my village. These kiddos are my kids best buds!

I love what we have in FIT4MOM. I am blessed and thankful to be a part of a team who gets my stage of life, is full of grace, and who never lets me down! I hope I can be something each mom needs when you meet me for your workout!

Hey guys, I'm Emily the marketing mama at FIT4MOM Chattanooga. I'm a Chicago born girl that is Chattanooga raised. Let's just say...I love this city. Chattanooga it isn't just home to me... there is something special in the air. Maybe it's the people...or the mountains... maybe the wildflowers

Im the daughter of an FBI agent and I naturally married a marine who also gave me two beautiful babies!

I always knew I was supposed to be a mom... so after spending 9 years in the medical world marketing physicians I decided to start my real career as a mama.

Still something was missing. Camaraderie. I was depressed... in post 2 baby terrible shape... and my anxiety was at an all time high. Fit4mom has given me so much. It has allowed me to work my body, spend time with my kiddos, and build that relationship base for myself and my babies too! I want to give back as much as I can to this amazing organization and also to this city I love! All you Chatt moms, come work out with us and meet these amazing mamas who just GET IT.

Hi! My name is Anamarie Davis. I was born and raised in Clarksville, TN until we moved to Chattanooga my Junior year of high school. After graduating in 2010 I decided to stay in town and attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I graduated in 2014 with a degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. I now live right over the border in Ringgold, GA with my husband Trask and our two sweet babies Wyatt and Hazel Grace.

I love all things fitness especially strength training and running. I stumbled upon Fit4Mom when I was pregnant with Hazel and could not wait to try it out! We came to our first class when she was eight weeks old and we have been coming ever since! I am so excited to be a part of this community and team!

Meet Claudia.
Claudia is one of the coolest mamas you'll ever get to meet... AND she's teaching STROLLER BARRE for us!

Claud was born and raised in Chattanooga. She's the wife to Kevin and the mama to two of the cutest babes: Lula Kate -4 and Parks- 1.

In 2011, Claudia started teaching Pure Barre, while working as a Marketing Director. Several years later, she started her own marketing business so she could spend more time at home with her kids.

Then along came FIT4MOM and suddenly she had ALL THE FEELS. She instantly knew it was special, something different, and something she desperately wanted to be a part of.

Why does Claudia love FIT4MOM?
Because it's a group of women from all walks of life - almost none are the same, which is what makes it so great. We all come together, motivate each other, sweat our booties off, and teach our children about health.

When you surround yourself with people that are great, it makes you a better person, too.... RIGHT? Come try one of her Stroller Barre classes; she won't disappoint!

Hi! I am Crissy! I grew up in sweet, small town Ohio with parents who were very passionate about health and wellness and modeled this well to my brother and me. I loved doing dance growing up and tennis team all throughout high school. I went to college at Bowling Green State University and majored in Applied Health Science with a minor in Health Promotion. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do, but I knew that I wanted to inspire and motivate people to see their health as their greatest wealth! I also discovered my love for teaching group fitness classes during college.

After college, I decided I needed to get out of small town Ohio and move to the “big city” for graduate school. I settled on Memphis, TN because it sounded fun and full of SOUL! On my second day in Memphis, I met the man who is now my husband and I quickly realized that God’s hand had guided me to this city for so many more reasons than just a degree. I got my Masters in Health Promotion from The University of Memphis and worked several years for a wonderful non-profit doing health coaching and teaching wellness classes to the community.

But that all seems like another life now that I a stay-at-home mom of three energetic BOYS ages 6, 4, and 2. They keep me on my toes to say the least! We moved to Chattanooga about a year ago in search of a great place to raise our family and boy did we find it!

Motherhood can be so much fun and action-packed, but it can also be so isolating and lonely if you’re not in community with other mamas. I was really needing the latter when I heard about FIT4MOM.

When I walked in my first class, I was blown away by how genuine and welcoming everyone is to a newcomers. I felt wanted and like I was a part of something so much bigger than myself. The understanding smiles on a hard day and the sweet conversations about motherhood (or anything at all) are so good for the soul.

FIT4MOM has been the biggest blessing not just for me, but for my kids, too. We each have friends that we look forward to seeing at class. Unlike other exercise programs where I have to drop off my kids as they scream for me (insert the mommy guilt), I feel like FIT4MOM is something I can do for ME that my kids actually love, too. It’s more than just the great workout that I get, it’s the community I’ve found in The Village that keeps me feeling connected. It’s about continuing the legacy of healthy living that my parents began and getting the opportunity to teach that to my boys. It is such an honor and a joy to join the FIT4MOM team!

Hey! My name is Shana Redenbaugh and I am FIT4MOM Chattanooga’s photographer and historian! I moved to Chattanooga at the very end of 2012 with my sweet husband, Steve, bringing our daughter GreyAnn into the mix about a year and a half later. We live on 10.5 acres just north of Chatt in Harrison, TN where we enjoy our 2 dogs, 4 cats, 12 chickens and 2 crazy goats.

I was born in Kingston, NY, raised in Tucson Arizona, and now have a daughter with two first names! Haha, I’m southern now ya’ll. Once upon a time I worked as a registered nurse, however, I left it behind to follow my husband around to a few different countries, multiple states, and just upgraded from stay at home wife to stay at home mom. I have to admit, I became pretty inactive, reaching my all time heaviest months AFTER I gave birth to my daughter. I took on other projects, braved the competitive world of photography and just claimed I was too busy to lose weight and that I was happy where I was.

Thank you God for FIT4MOM because that was all it took to get me on the right track of taking proper care of myself. I’m still busy but now I have the energy to accomplish so much. I’ve lost 40 pounds, exercise is a regular part of my (and my daughter’s) life, we’ve made so many friends and have found the accountability I needed by joining FIT4MOM.
